<p>If you're still not receiving reminders after following the steps at the start of this article, here are some more tips:</p>

<li>If you are using our web app, make sure you have Todoist open in at least one tab.</li>
<li>If you're using one of our desktop apps, make sure it's open and that you are logged in.</li>
<li>Make sure you disable programs like Clean Master and other blocker apps that prevent notifications from popping up.</li>
